Christian came to our home within a day of being called and was very professional. He knew the correct steps to take to disengage the carpet successfully (later to be reinstalled) and took every step needed to insure that the carpet would not be damaged. Christian returned after the sewer repair was completed and reinstalled the carpet successfully. His work was excellent and the carpet section looks amazing! Can't say enough about Compass. I hired Christian the first time a few years ago for a carpet repair. He responded immediately to my inquiry and my carpet was good as new the same week. Christian was very professional and easy to work with. Quick to respond to emails and arrived right on time. He performed carpet stretching for our upstairs and looks great. Will probably use them in the future for carpet cleaning based on great experience!
Christian did an awesome job stretching the carpet throughout multiple rooms in our house and explained every portion of what he was doing as he did it.
